The 12MeV and 15MeV cyclotrons are the latest medical small negative hydrogen cyclotrons developed by Shaanxi Zhengze Biotechnology Co., Ltd. They are equipped with liquid targets, gas targets, and solid targets. They can not only produce 18F, 11C, 13N nuclides, but also produce nuclides such as 64Cu, 68Ga, 86Y, 89Zr, 99mTc, and 124I. The maximum yield of 18F single target is 10 Ci. The use of Deepvalley patented technology magnets, highly reliable RF cavities, and highly stable ion source technology greatly improves the durability and reliability of the product,
